In Their Words
The Challenge
As a compliance service provider supporting Money Services Businesses (MSBs) with their FINTRAC reporting obligations, efficiency and accuracy are at the core of everything we do. Before using Quantoflow, managing STR and LVCTR filings on behalf of our MSB clients was highly manual and time-consuming, often creating significant operational backlogs and putting unnecessary strain on our compliance team. The process required considerable effort and attention to detail, leaving little room for error, yet the risk of inconsistencies remained a constant concern.
The Solution
Since adopting Quantoflow, the entire process has been significantly streamlined. What used to take considerable time and resources can now be completed within seconds, freeing up our team to focus on higher-value work and better serve our clients. The platform’s automation has not only accelerated our filing workflows but has also introduced a level of consistency and accuracy that was difficult to achieve manually, something that’s especially critical when you’re responsible for reporting on behalf of multiple MSBs.
The Result
This has greatly improved our overall operational efficiency, reduced manual workload across the team, and given us much better control over our clients’ compliance reporting. We now approach FINTRAC obligations with far greater confidence, knowing that submissions are timely, accurate, and consistent for every client we support.
“For any organization looking to modernize their AML compliance operations, whether for their own needs or on behalf of MSB clients, Quantoflow has been a game-changer for us, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.”
